Are You Good Enough to Play Abroad? MICFootball 2027 International Rosters
International Pathways
Your Player Is Good. But Are They International Good?
At Soccer iQ Institute, we believe player development should lead somewhere. That is why Pathways is such an important part of what we do.
For some players, that pathway is college soccer. We help student-athletes plan academically, understand NCAA requirements, build their player profiles, identify universities, and prepare for the recruiting process.
For others, the next opportunity may be international.
Is Your Player Ready to Compete Abroad?
📍 Costa Brava, Catalonia, Spain 📅 March 23–28, 2027

MIC Football is not an ordinary youth soccer tournament. Teams from around the world compete, including elite academies, clubs and national-team programs. Players such as Lamine Yamal, Cole Palmer, Rodri, Marcus Rashford, Pedri and Dani Carvajal played MIC during their youth careers.
This is an environment where players should expect the speed of play, technical ability, tactical awareness and physical demands to be high.
Does Your Player Have What it Takes?
We are looking for players who are currently competing at a strong competitive level and can step into an international roster and contribute.
Players should demonstrate strong technical ability under pressure, quick decision-making, tactical understanding, positional discipline, athleticism, confidence on the ball and the ability to compete at a high intensity. Just as important, players must be coachable, disciplined and capable of adapting quickly to teammates and a different style of play.
This is not a recreational travel experience. Roster spots are for players who are ready to compete.
MIC Football's official 2027 divisions include U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U18 and U19, as well as an F16 girls division. Players must meet the tournament's birth-year eligibility and identification requirements.
Think You Can Play at This Level?
Show us.
Soccer iQ is currently evaluating players for available international roster positions. You do not have to be a current Soccer iQ student-athlete to inquire.
If your player is U12–U19 and you believe they have the ability to compete internationally, reply to this email with the player's name, birth year, position, current club/team and level of play. Video can also be submitted for an initial evaluation.
If the level is there, let's talk about the pathway.
