Our focus at Soccer iQ Institute is on developing the physical attributes necessary for success in soccer. Our speed and agility training drills are designed to help players increase their speed, coordination, and agility. We recognize that each player has unique strengths and challenges, which is why we tailor our programs to meet the needs of every individual. Our expert coaches will work with student-athletes to help them build their skills and achieve their goals on the field.

That's why we offer a comprehensive SEL (Social Emotional Learning) curriculum during our training sessions. Our goal is to not only build up physical strength, but also mental strength in our student-athletes.
Strength & Conditioning
At our training facility, we pride ourselves on offering a holistic approach to soccer training. Our comprehensive program incorporates not only the fundamentals of the game, but also places a strong emphasis on the benefits of strength training. Our tailored workouts are carefully curated to balance upper body exercises with lower body exercises, ensuring that players are able to improve their soccer performance without risking burnout.
Resilience and Motivation
SEL is a key component in helping individuals develop strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and resilience. These are all crucial qualities that will not only benefit athletes in their sport, but also in their personal and professional lives.
During our training sessions, our coaches incorporate various activities and discussions to promote self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision making.
Technical and tactical soccer training is centered around honing striking, finishing, and creating goal-scoring opportunities. The focus is on ball mastery, first touch, and other essential skills. Small-sided games are utilized to enhance technical and tactical abilities in real game scenarios. Decision-making in game situations, team shape, and tactics are emphasized during technical and tactical soccer training.
Recovery sessions are designed specifically for student-athletes who engage in demanding activities, allowing them ample time to heal and rejuvenate. Our team of experienced coaches has developed a comprehensive recovery schedule tailored to our student-athletes' club and tournament commitments. As part of this program, students will have access to amenities such as saunas, compression boots for joint and leg recovery, and cooling plunge pools.
