  • High School -Ninth grade to twelfth grade

Day-to-Day at Soccer iQ Institute

  • 8:00 AM - Breakfast and break/student-athlete arrivals

  • 8:30 AM - School starts 

  • 9:35 AM - Break/snack

  • 9:45 AM - Class resumes 

  • 10:50 AM - Break/snack

  • 11:00 - Class Resumes/Asynchronous Support

  • 12:30 PM - Lunch

  • 1:00 PM - Recovery or Soccer training - technical skills work

  • 3:00 PM - Student-athletes pick-up
